⏱️ Same Day Dispatch Cut-Off

Place your order before 2:00 PM (GMT) Monday to Friday and in-stock items will usually be processed for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

For orders shipped outside the UK, please be aware that local customs duties, taxes, and handling fees may apply upon entry into your country.

• Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.
• Commercial invoices are included for B2B clearance.

Damages & Order Issues

We pack all industrial components with high-grade materials. However, if your shipment arrives damaged, please report it immediately.

• Notify us within 24 hours of receiving damaged goods.
• Provide photographic evidence of the packaging and item.
• Do not install damaged components under any circumstances.
