• Consumer rights regulations (such as extended cooling-off periods) may not apply to trade purchases.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the parts ordered are technically compatible with your structural requirements.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on the website are exclusive of VAT and shipping costs unless otherwise stated. VAT will be added at the checkout based on the current UK standard rate.

• We reserve the right to adjust pricing without prior notice due to changes in manufacturer costs or exchange rates.
• Full payment must be cleared before goods are dispatched unless a pre-approved wholesale credit account has been established.

4. Delivery and Risk

We aim to process and dispatch all orders placed before our daily cut-off time (2:00 PM GMT) on the same working day.

• Delivery times provided are estimates. We shall not be held liable for losses incurred due to delayed deliveries caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen logistics issues.
• The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery to your specified address.

5. Returns, Refunds & Warranties

Due to the technical nature of our products (such as control panels and expansion valves), returns are subject to strict quality control.

• Faulty Goods: Items deemed faulty upon arrival must be reported within 48 hours. Valid warranties apply as per the original manufacturer's guarantee.
• Unwanted Goods: Unused items in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days subject to a restocking fee. Installed or modified parts cannot be returned.

Air Con Bits supplies technical parts intended for installation by qualified professionals. We accept no liability for damages, system failures, or personal injury resulting from incorrect installation or misuse of the parts supplied.

Our maximum liability under any contract shall not exceed the original purchase price of the goods in question.
